幫朋友訂的，不知道兩種房型怎麼一起付款，就定了兩次。房間很大，朋友帶着老婆很兩個孩子一起住的，一點也不擁擠。

Gutes Hotel, das beste, aber auch mit Abstand teuerste in Chiclayo. Nicht ganz zentral aber gut erreichbar. Bar und Restaurant sehr gut. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Die Zimmer auf der Frontseite teils etwas laut. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück,

Excellent service. Everybody was so helpful and professional. Strongly recommend. Vanessa my favorite. Make me and my wife feel special. Always friendly and big smile. Love the energy of this place. Hotel was great. Except BEWARE!!! If you are a foreigner and your flights arrive outside of their free shuttle service times they will try and charge you 10X the actual price a taxi should cost. They quoted us $60USD EACH WAY (so $120USD) for a van to take our family of five to and from. (I even double checked I hadn’t misunderstood and that they had possibly meant soles… nope, USD). In the end, we walked out of the airport and paid a taxi driver 20soles to get to the hotel and on the way back our friend got us a taxi back for 10soles.

If you appreciate good air conditioned rooms, this is not the place for you. The proprietors refuse to update the old obsolete systems, nor upgrade the hotel. It’s quite a shame too…..so much potential to be a top destination for travelers.

Some of the best service I’ve ever received in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Particularly Gabriel and his crew in the restaurant. I left feeling like royalty. 5 stars!
